Text Messaging

Text Messaging: If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send transactional notifications such as new job postings in your area and account updates. We do not send marketing messages. We do not share or sell your mobile number or messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

You can also stop receiving SMS messages at any time from your profile settings. Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your account or your ability to use the marketplace.

How We Share Information

We share the information needed to complete a job between the customer and the service provider who accepts it. We use service providers for hosting and messaging delivery, and we may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Choices

You can update your profile information and notification preferences at any time from your account settings. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
